BURY
​
In 2019 we completed a new build 9 bedroomed 7 bathroomed property, incorporating specialist installations to suit the needs of 2 young ladies with disabilities. The project included demolition of an existing property, and extensive external works. Due to the steepness of the site, we worked with the structural engineer to design a retaining wall which we built out of gabion stones. The architects were keen to make the most of the surroundings, so incorporated 7 sets of bi-folds in their design – all manufactured by NSB Transform Aluminium.

MAPPERLEY
​
The new build we completed in Mapperley was for the requirements of the client and included a lift and physical rehabilitation area. The externals of the property were a mix of cladding and render finish to add to the design aspect. The entrance has an atrium effect and is double height with glass balustrades, giving the feeling of space in the area. The property is wrapped in curtain walling, and bi-folds, which pull light into the property throughout.

ROSSINGTON

The construction of our new build project in Rossington was designed so that the Ground Floor could accommodate the needs of the client who had disabilities. The project included a 16.5m2 Hydrotherapy Pool with hoist system and specially adapted Bedroom, Wet Room and Therapy Room. The widened doorways and lift allows the client to move through the house. The First Floor was designed with 2 living quarters, incorporating a second Kitchen, with access to a roof Garden area. The project duration was around 10 months and was handed over in early 2020.

GOLDTHORPE

The latest addition to our New Build portfolio, we handed over this lovely 235m/sq 3 bed detached bungalow in August 2023. The site was redundant farm land so we had to ensure that we coordinated services to ensure the smooth running of the project. The ramp which leads into the property ensures easy wheelchair access, with widened door openings and pull down rails within the walk-in wardrobe also making the space suitable for the client.
